CHINA BIBLE
PRINTING
Equipping China's Christians
with God's Word
Current Total:
4,179,519 Chinese Bibles printed and distributed to the
house churches of China.
There is a
growing emergency among the house churches in China! Although a limited number of Bibles are now permitted to be printed inside China, they are not enough to meet the need.
Because of the tremendous growth rate of the church in China (some say
20-30,000 new believers each day,
or approximately 7-10 million per year), there is a
serious lack of Bibles. Millions of Christians are still without God's Word. We are partnering with house
church networks in China in a long-term goal to print Bibles for the church. These Bibles are distributed to all parts of China,
equipping the believers and helping add fuel to the fires of revival that are burning throughout the world's largest nation.
Be sure to read our ground-breaking
May 2011 and
July 2011 interviews with Paul Hattaway on the emergency
need for Bibles in China. Translations of the interviews are
also available in
German and French (part
1, part 2).

Each Bible
costs just US$1.80 to print and deliver.

Evangelists
Because of your prayers and partnership we are currently able to support
497 Asian evangelists working among 147
unreached tribes and ethnic groups.

are involved in strategic ministry in Asia. These servants of
the Lord have committed their whole lives to the Gospel but
are hindered by lack of finances. Please pray about whether you or your church could help
in the support of these dedicated workers.
It costs
$25 per month to support an evangelist in Asia. To do so
regularly, please click on the "Donate now" button below and
then use the "Recurring Donations" option. This will start a
monthly gift which will be a tremendous blessing to the
recipient. A prayer card

SOUTHEAST ASIA
BIBLE FUND
Helping Equip China's
Christians with God's Word
Current Total:
247,512 Bibles and New Testaments printed in 34 languages
of Southeast Asia.
The Communist nations of Laos and Vietnam contain more than 250 different tribes, dozens of which had full Bibles or New Testaments translated into their languages prior to the arrival of Communism in 1975. Since then, these believers have been deprived of Scriptures in their languages because their governments oppose the spread of Christianity and Bible printing is illegal. A slightly different situation exists in the country of Myanmar (formerly known as Burma), which is ruled by a brutal military dictatorship. There the need for the Word of God in a variety of languages remains critical.
The goal of the Southeast Asia Bible Fund is to print the Scriptures in different languages as the need arises. Asia Harvest has so far printed and delivered
Bibles and New Testaments in 34 different languages of
Southeast Asia (and a few in South Asia), including Akha, Bahnar,
Bengali, Bru, Burmese,
Chin, Chinese, Choro, Co, Hmong Daw, Hre,
Indonesian,
Jarai,
Kannada,
Kachin,
Kayah, Khmu, Khun, Koho, Lao, Mnong,
Nepali, Pwo Karen, Raglai, Sgaw Karen,
Shan, Stieng, Tai Dam,
Telegu, Urdu, Vietnamese and Wa.

CHINA LIVING
MARTYRS' FUND
Supporting Pastors now
disabled by persecution
Because of your prayers and support we are currently able to support
708 "living martyrs" every month.
A "Martyr"
has been defined as
"a
Christian who chooses to suffer death rather than deny
Christ, or His work... One who sacrifices something very
important to further the Kingdom of God... and endures
great suffering for Christian witness."
(The Voice of the Martyrs)
In the rural
areas of China today Christians continue to be beaten,
imprisoned and tortured because they love Jesus. The China
Living Martyr's fund assists pastors and evangelists who are
unable to work because of their injuries or illnesses. They
and their families face extreme poverty and hardship as a
result. House church
leaders have given us details of more than 1,000 Christian leaders
in dire need of help.
You can support one or more of
these living 'martyrs' with a donation of US$35 per month each. A prayer card will be sent to every regular supporter of this
project, with information to help you pray.

cleft-lips and club feet, as well as others who need operations for burns, cancerous growths and other
conditions.

BACK TO
JERUSALEM
Helping the Chinese Church send
missionaries
Asia Harvest supports the initiatives of the Chinese house churches as they send missionaries into Muslim,
Hindu and Buddhist countries. This vision, given by God to the Church in China in the 1930s, is known as "Back to
Jerusalem."
Gifts received for Back to Jerusalem are used to support Chinese missionaries and evangelists,
to train new workers in cross-cultural skills so they can communicate the Gospel more effectively, to help run
training centers that operate inside China, and other Back to Jerusalem initiatives.
We have recently started providing support for a Chinese
ministry that specifically trains workers and sends them to
reach Muslim groups both inside and outside China.

to Jerusalem vision.

ASIA DISASTER
RELIEF FUND
Responding to Natural
Disasters in Asia
Asia Harvest
has responded to numerous natural disasters in Asia
throughout the years, in Vietnam, India, Myanmar, Indonesia,
Thailand, Sri Lanka, China and elsewhere. Some of the
disasters we have helped the victims of include earthquakes,
landslides, typhoons, floods, and of course the devastating
tsunami. Not only are suffering people helped, but because
of our connections with local Christians, the Gospel of
Jesus Christ is also shared with those in need, and many
people have come to faith in Jesus Christ.
We guarantee that every cent of donated money
is sent directly to the relief efforts in Asia. Nothing is
taken out for administration or any other expense.

KASHMIR EVANGELISM
The four million Muslims living in the northern Indian State of Kashmir are among the
most unevangelized people groups in the world. War and violence have
destroyed their communities. Very few Kashmiris have ever found peace in Jesus Christ.
Asia Harvest has provided finances to help Indian believers reach out to
Kashmiris through various strategic initiatives that have proven highly
effective. For perhaps the first time in history, a viable, growing
Church is emerging in Kashmir. Here are some of the letters received
from Kashmiri Muslims in response to studying the Bible...
"Respected Teacher, Please send me a copy of your course and also a Holy Bible.
Your our lessons are very interesting. May God forgive us of our sins committed
intentionally and unintentionally! Amen."
"God is Great! I have read with great pleasure your books about the Christian faith. I
previously thought all Christians were infidels. I have heard that you send free Christian
books for study to anyone who requests. I have seen some of these at a friend's house, and
we and our friends all want to study these strange teachings and learn more about the man
called Jesus."
"Dear Sir, The book recently sent to me is really splendid and it is of great spiritual value.
Please register me with your church, because I want to follow the True Lord. It is a great
honor and I thank you for telling me."
